DagangNews.com announces collaboration with TVS

SHAH ALAM Oct. 20 – Malay-language business news portal, DagangNews.com announces collaboration with the country's latest television station, TV Sarawak or TVS, in providing content.

 

Its Managing Editor, Johardy Ibrahim said, DagangNews.com is honoured to receive the trust from the management of TVS in this collaboration.

 

"This news portal, which was recently established in July 2020, aims to be a news platform for targeted audience, namely the Bahasa Malaysia readers and business sectors that need to present their products and services to this audience, which is the largest segment in Malaysia.

 

"DagangNews.com is also aims to meet the demand for Bahasa Malaysia content in the local media industry, particularly for economic and business news which is mostly on English content.

 

"We are confident that the collaboration with TVS  will be a win-win partnership," he said here today.

 

The economic news segment on TVS is broadcast within the Sejahtera Asia program from 7.30 am to 8.30 am Monday-Thursday on Channel 122 Astro, presenting the country's major economic news, apart from Sarawak entities or personalities. The first segment was released on October 19, 2020.

 

TVS is a tv station owned by the Sarawak state government, officially launched on 10 October 2020 and led by Sarawak Media Group Chairman, Datuk Norhyati Ismail and Chief Executive Officer, Suhaimi Sulaiman.

 

Johardy said, DagangNews.com provides not only economic and business news, but also has prominent columnists and experts in their respective fields, in scheduled columns on designated days.

 

Monday begins with ANEKDOT MAWARITH written by Wasiyyah Shoppe founder, Ariffin Sabirin; Tuesday JIWO NIAGO by Dr Ismail Ab Wahab (former UiTM entrepreneurship professor); Wednesday with SENsor RINGGIT by Dr Rosalan Ali (former UiTM investment professor).

 

Thursday has WAINUIOMATA by Mohd Fudzail Mohd Nor (UniSZA Scholar), Friday with DEWI by Dr Dewi Tajuddin (Senior Lecturer in UiTM Sabah Management), Saturday with DIGITAL IDEA by Azleen Abdul Rahim (e-marketing expert) and MERREPAK Sunday by Johardy Ibrahim.
