KUALA LUMPUR 24 Sept. - The SME and Entrepreneurs Business Award 2020 (SEBA 2020) has announced that despite the global pandemic, the awards gala dinner will still be held, with strict protocols.
Hence, SEBA 2020 is ‘shouting’ the last call for submitting entries, as the closing date is on 30th September 2020.
Founder of Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia and Board of Advisory Chairman for SEBA 2020, Nitesh Malani said, SEBA’s aim is to seek out exemplary companies that excel in their industry in the areas of business strategy, growth metrics and best practices.
“SEBA is an impartial, independent and objective business recognition. SEBA Inspires is our theme this year, and it is our first time organizing a two-day SEBA event.
“Given the challenges many SMEs and entrepreneurs are going through at this moment, it is our mission to continue to inspire and support them in their entrepreneurship journey,” said him in a statement.
The event is scheduled to take place on 7th November 2020, and nominations are still open and can be done via submitting entries on www.seba.asia.
Winners of the awards will also be vetted by the SEBA 2020 advisory board.
SEBA is an annual initiative organised by Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia and curated by Xhale Asia (M) Sdn Bhd.
SEBA 2020 will be held for the fifth year, showcasing Malaysia's most notable companies and entrepreneurs.
Past winners included luminaries from the industry such as Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza (Celebrity Entrepreneur of The Year 2017/2018), Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew (Lifetime Achievement Award 2018), and Datuk Ramli Ibrahim (performing Art Entrepreneur of the Year 2018). - DagangNews.com
