KUALA LUMPUR 1 April – RAMSSOL Group Berhad (RAMSSOL), a digital human capital management (HCM) solutions provider in Southeast Asia won the Best SME for HR Solutions Provider at the recent SME and Entrepreneurs Business Awards (SEBA) Awards 2020.
RAMSSOL's Group Chief Executive Officer, Cllement Tan said, the award is undeniably a significant milestone in their efforts of advancing people through technology.
Tan said, the pandemic has brought significant HR challenges across the employee lifecycle as small and medium entreprises (SMEs) and their workforce go remote.
“Coupled with the push for engaged, collaborative, inclusive workplaces, RAMSSOL’s innovations especially in providing real-time employee engagement data fits perfectly in driving business sustainability.
“Being recognised as the Best SME for HR Solutions strengthens our position as HR tech disruptors and inspires our SME partnerships in accelerating post-pandemic recovery ambitions,” said Tan in statement.
An initiative by Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia, the awards reaffirmed the rapid growth of HR Tech as SMEs continue digitalisation efforts for business efficiencies.
SEBA is an impartial, independent and objective business recognition that recognises deserving SMEs, Enterprises and Entrepreneurs in SEA.
Nominees undergo a strict eight phase qualifying and verification framework by SEBA’s research committees and Board of Advisors, who seek out exemplary companies and entrepreneurs that excel in their industry in the area of business strategy, growth metrics and best practices.
