KUALA LUMPUR Nov. 9 - RAMSSOL Group is encouraged by the Government’s focus in ensuring digital connectivity for all Malaysians as announced during the Budget 2021 tabling last Friday.
Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of RAMSSOL Group, Cllement Tan said, while the current global health crisis has accelerated the digitalisation process, many are still need urgent support in their transformation journey.
He said, the initiatives underlined by the Government, specifically the RM1 billion allocated for reskilling and upskilling programmes, RM7.4 billion for MCMC to increase broadband service in 2021 and 2022, and the provision of RM1.5 billion worth of data by telcos will certainly put Malaysia on a path of recovery and future-proof the economy in the near future.
"For organisations in Malaysia, RAMSSOL Group believes that any digitalisation process must include measures to increase employee engagement, more so as the trend in remote working will continue in the coming years.
