The 5 upgrades for Feet’s emphasise content personalization and employee advocacy features with gamification capabilities.
These upgrades include avatar customization, personality tests, peer challenges and exchange of ideas through Quest, interactions through the Celeste chatbot, and upgrades of HighFive, the employee recognition system.
In addition, Feet's is also the first employee engagement mobile application with in-app integration with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom), an industry-leading enterprise unified communications platform.
This means users can easily access and create virtual Zoom meetings with up to 500 participants without having to switch out of Feet's app.
