[VIDEO] Mah Sing honours Malaysians reinventing way of living in 4 parts 'Merdeka' video series

KUALA LUMPUR 24 August – In line with its tagline, ‘Reinvent Spaces. Enhance Life,’ Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) has rolled-out a four-part 'Merdeka' video series, honouring Malaysians reinventing their way of living, following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mah Sing’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, in conjunction with Malaysia’s 63rd Independence Day, Mah Sing is honouring the men and women affected by the pandemic in these four-part video series named The Fighting Spirit –‘Spirit of Reinvention,’ which highlights the period of reinvention and determination. 

“The pandemic has affected all of us and Mah Sing is no different. We also had to change and reinvent the way we do business. We draw strength from our resilient Malaysians, especially those who have had to diversify their income source to make ends meet.

“The video series showcases everyday Malaysians overcoming the hardships of life with hard work, dedication, and most importantly, facing adversity with courage. So far, we have released the first three parts of the series and the fourth and final installation is scheduled to go live on 28 August 2020,” said him in a statement today.

Hoy Kum added, the final part of the video would encapsulate the entire journey of the Malaysians, overcoming the challenges in life and how Mah Sing as a responsible property developer, is playing their part to rise above the challenges together as a nation.

The first three parts are namely Fighting Fit, Going the Extra Mile, Pushing the Boundaries.

Collectively, the videos have garnered approximately 172,953 organic views to-date since the first release on 8 August 2020.

Meantime, Mah Sing is collaborating with Maybank Islamic HouzKEY through Eazy to Own Campaign, which is an alternative home financing solution, that enables home buyers to own selected Mah Sing projects easily with a financing plan that is easy on their wallet, whilst easing their home ownership journey.

It is targeted at three key demographics which are first time homebuyers and upgraders as well as people who are looking to purchase a property but unable to afford a high down payment. 

The campaign’s unique value prepositions include zero down payment whereby homebuyers will be able to enjoy zero down payment with only 1% deposit, allowing customers to secure their ideal home.
