“The COVID-19 era presents to us a disruption that we have never faced before. Our ability as an industry will be tested and the game changer will fall on our commitment to upskill and reskill our talent pool,” said Andy See.

"In fact, we, in the public relations (PR) industry, have to reinvent ourselves holistically if we are to come out of this “tsunami”.

"We are already seeing the effects on the business, people and the way our organisations work. The road ahead will not be easy but if we all work together, the industry will certainly come out stronger,” he added.

The Exco members who have ended their term are Elaine Chuah of Priority Communications, who was previously the Vice President of PRCA Malaysia for four years and Niall Dologhan of TQPR Malaysia, who was an Exco member. - DagangNews.com
