Embun 2 recorded 90% take-up rate

KUALA LUMPUR 24 Sept. – Sime Darby Property's Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign capped off a string of successful launches of freehold residential developments with an impressive 90 percent take-up rate for Phase 1 Embun 2 landed homes in Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban.

A total of 54 out of 60 units of Phase 1 Embun 2 were sold during the Spotlight 8 weekend from 19 to 20 September, marking another win for the returning campaign that features New Launches and Superdeals on properties across different townships. Embun 2 is the fourth and final freehold landed property within the Greater Klang Valley offered via the sales campaign.
